elections
today is the day of the westminster council elections. after my last chances to vote were sabotaged by the council, i'm determined to make a cross behind someone's name today. the conservatives sent me this lovely piece of information:
i learned from this
a - that the tories are the incumbents in westminster
b - that our streets are clean but potentially full of horse shit in the name of security and safety
c - that the tories have no idea that a low council tax for residents is a result of many local businesses, who compensate with their higher taxes, and has nothing to do with a philanthropic council
the other parties did not even bother canvassing. off to my polling station soon, in my lunch break.
