what's going on?

in germany, kids are rare (shrinking birth rate) but out of control in schools, especially in inner cities. in the czech republic, karel gott *die goldene stimme aus prag* gets his own museum, *gottland*. and in london, i am trying to pay the bus fare with a caribbean dollar that someone slipped me as a 50p coin.
