the boca juniors from argentina are staying here to play the sao paulo team tonight.
fans are camping out in the lobby. they chant songs, or try to, and there efforts are filmed by local and international camera teams. blinding lights in every corner. the receptionists are keeping a brave face but look a bit like headless chicken. haven't seen the team yet. i'm sure they left the hotel a while ago for the match.
epilogue: when i came home from a night at juarez with mitch, eduardo, chrystina, alberto and roberto, the teams had both won, 1-1. no more fans in the lobby.
