new geek on the blog

broadband is unreliable. apparently the wireless connection can come and go, and you don't know until you want to save 2 hours' work and the security system won't let you. *session time-out*. bummer. why do i even know about these things? and why do i have to care? i'm turning into an online geek. i mean, here i am thinking about a solution rather than scream down the phone to my webagency. scary. counteractive measures are due. should i do some shopping to reaffirm my status as a materialistic but down-to-earth airhead? might do that online...

but first i will go and hardwire my laptop to the router.
